Wave of Mind bridges the gap between self help and therapy - our mission is to make getting mental health support more accessible and more effective. We built Wave of Mind on the understanding that self awareness is the foundation of wellbeing and you are the person with the greatest capacity to heal you. But discovering what self care looks like for you can be complicated and frustrating. We know the pain of trying one self help product after another hoping to resolve all our worries just to be disappointed and somehow left even more stressed and anxious than before. We created Wave of Mind to address this problem. Through our therapist-approved Self Awareness Guided Journaling Plan, you will learn more about yourself and your needs. By taking deliberate, daily steps for your mental health you can build a life filled with greater meaning, purpose, and joy.
